Abstract: 
Project looks at the types of coffee that are offered on the campus of Cal Poly Humboldt and attemps to raise awareness and campus procurement of organic, fair trade and sustainably produced coffee products. Document contains discussion and resources regarding issues surrounding coffee production and development of methods to raise awareness/ gain support for sustainable alternatives among the campus community.
Problem Statement: 
Increase awareness and on campus procurment of organic, fair trade and sustainably grown coffee at Humboldt.
