Abstract: 
Project attemps to increase the availability of local organic foods on the campus of Cal Poly Humboldt and raise awareness of their importance. Primary efforts are towards developing the framwork necessary for an on campus farmers market. Document includes campus contacts, possible comunity partners, information on food security programs, Humboldt club information, and a basic business plan with resources on Humboldt policies regarding such events.
Problem Statement: 
Increase the availability of local organic foods on the campus of Humboldt.
