Abstract:
Educational outreach plan for residents of the Courtyards housing development which has incorporated aspects of renewable energy soucres and conservation such as PV panels, solar water heaters and individual watt meters to monitor energy usage into its design. Fouces around developing informational placards to be placed alongside watt meters and thermostats of each housing unit in an effort to inform residents of energy issues and give suggestions on how to reduce their personal energy consumption.
Problem Statement:
Develop educational tools to inform residents of the Courtyards housing development on ways to reduce energy usage and promote conservation.
