FM Operations during COVID-19

Due to campus shifting to virtual operations, all our Customer Service Representatives are telecommuting and cannot take your call at this time, and the online work request webform is not currently available. If this is an emergency situation, please hang up and dial 911 or contact University Police at (707) 826-5555.
Any maintenance requests or general questions may be submitted through our Service Request formhttp://aim.humboldt.edu/HSU_CSR/home/login, or leave a message here and our staff will contact you as soon as possible during our normal working hours (M-F, 8 to 5pm). Please be sure to provide your name, phone number, and email address.
Finally please note that parking meter fees are waived and parking permits are not required on HSU campus through the end of the Spring semester (May 15, 2020). For additional parking information please visit the Parking and Commuter services page on the Humboldt State University website -  www.parking.humboldt.edu.

Process for Staff and Faculty Leaving Employment with HSU: Please remember to send an email to Facility Management Keys at fmkeys@humboldt.edu at least 24 hours before your separating date. Facilities will then send you an email listing all hard keys and keycards that are still issued to you for your reference and work with you to schedule a day to return your keys to the Parking Kiosk.

ANNOUNCEMENT (7/2/20) - The "Submit a Request" webform, accessed from this webpage in the Customer Service Links to the right, has regained functionality and is now able to be utilized again. 

We appreciated your patience as we worked through this. Please note that the other webforms on the FM website are still functioning as normal, including the Key Request, Event Request, Space Request, and Lost Key Webforms.

ANNOUNCEMENT (4/30/20) - Facilities Management will be participating in the HSU Fiscal Sustainability Plan from 4/30/20 onward. As part of this effort, all current Work Orders in the system will be evaluated against the primary essential functions defined for Facilities Management using the Essential Work Prioritization Plan established. Those work orders deemed non-essential at this time will be moved into a HOLD status until a future date when either more resources are available, or their necessity is elevated. All future work requests will also be evaluated against this set of criteria and either placed on hold or processed as a work order to be completed as normal. Thank you for your patience as we work through this COVID-19 environment.
