Abstract: 
A brief look at the clean water act (CWA) and implications with respect to stormwater runoff. Particular attention given to phase two regulations relating to smaller municipalities than previously regulated through phase one of the CWA. Document gives suggestions on how to increase awareness of issues relating to storm water pollution, primarily among businesses but also individuals. Strategies include literature, public outreach and marketing/advertisement mainly in the form of public annoucements.
Problem Statement: 
Increase awareness of stormwater pollution among local businesses in Humboldt County.
