Abstract:
Project looks at the issues surrounding rain water collection and reuse within the city and surrounding community of Arcata. Particular interest given to the resue of rain water for irrigation, reduction to storm water contributions and gaining community support for projects. Document contains several methods to educate and support from the community including a web page, survey, pamphlet and community workshop.
Problem Statement:
Inform the community of Arcata about the possibilities of rain water collection.
