Abstract: 
Research and development of a plan aimed at educating the public and reducing paper consumption in academic computer labs on the campus of Cal Poly Humboldt. Contains brief description of issues surrounding excess paper usage, research into successful paper reduction plans implemented by other academic institutions, suggestions for paper reduction at Humboldt and methods of educational outreach to the campus community. Some strategies outlined include a pay-per-print printing system, campus events, annoucements and increased recycling efforts.
Problem Statement: 
Develop a plan to educate the campus community and reduce paper usage among academic computer labs at Humboldt.
