Abstract: 
Project looks at the relationship between nutritional decisions, primarily of students and education of food cycles and where the food we eat really comes from. Methods addressed to increase local educational efforts include school gardens, farm field trips, farmers market booths and after-school program intervention.
Problem Statement: 
Increase awareness of the systemic nature of food and improve nutritional habits of students. Highlight incorporation of locally available foods.
