Brief development of methods to increase public awarness and usage of alternative transportation resources available to Humbolt State University students and faculty. Project includes the formation of the transportation club at Humboldt. Document contains methods of increased park & ride capabilities, subsidized buss passes and additional routes for Humboldt students. Also included is a grant proposal for a rideshare incentive program.
