Abstract: 
Project attemps to assess demand for locally produced foods among area restuarants of Arcata California. Contains breif discussions on issues pertaining to local foods, and applicable organizations such as North Coast Growers Association (NCGA), the Community Alliance with Family Farmers (CAFF) and Community Supported Agriculture (CSA). Focus of project is on development and implementation of local restaurant survey assessing demand and interest in local foods. Results of survey are tabulated and shown in several forms.
Problem Statement:
