Development of methods to increase awareness and efficiency of operations at the Reusable Office Supply Exchange program site on the campus of Cal Poly Humboldt. Methods discussed include informational signage, advertisement campaign, increased storage/ organization and departmental surveys. Document also includes overall description of program purpose and suggestions for future action.
