Routine Custodial Services

Below is the frequency and specific cleaning services that our custodial staff attempts to perform on a daily, weekly, monthly or annual basis. As you will find, the tasks and timing of services vary depending on the type of space it is. Due to staffing limitations, these guidelines are not necessarily what occurs on a regular basis but what Facilities Management strives to meet.

Please note that Custodial Services does not provide care for personal items such as rugs, plants, lamps, etc. Due to staffing levels, we do not currently provide exterior window washing services.
