Abstract: 
General development of efforts to encourage the purchasing and use of environmentally friendly, local food for on campus services at Cal Poly Humboldt. Primary efforts include education of local community and establishment of community relationships between Humboldt and local farmers such as community supported agriculture (CSA).
Problem Statement: 
Encourage campus food services to purchase environmentally friendly and local food for on campus services.
